Lunch at el Faro, José and Peter's favourite place, in El Puerto de Santa Maria
Visit the second Bodega, and enjoy sampling some of the rarest sherries from the casks
Learn all about the history, culture, and legacy of Cinco Jotas and the famous black ibérico pork. Enjoy tasting the delicious 100% acorn fed jamón Ibérico directly off the bone - paired with another glass of sherry!

An early trip to a typical vibrant fishing town near Zahara. Do some browsing and shopping for fresh and local produce with José at the helm in Barbate market.
Soak up the authentic atmosphere with a refreshing drink at a typical Barbate local bar, enjoy people watching and appreciate this particular and unique way of life in Andalusia.
Head back to Iris for your exclusive cookery class with José Pizarro. Learn how to prepare some exciting dishes from the region in José's own private kitchen using the ingredients from the market on the day. Also learn about some great wine pairing.
Sit down to enjoy your home-cooked lunch with José and Peter, surrounded by panoramic sea views
Afternoon and evening at your leisure (enjoy the beach or relax by the pool at Iris)
Recommendations and complimentary transport are offered if you'd like to enjoy something more adventurous
